As an IT Desktop Engineer, you will be responsible for global IT desktop operation and maintenance including terminal management, office network, and application platform implementation. You will provide employee IT service support, manage the IT ticketing system, and analyze technical inquiries from global end-users. Additionally, you will track and maintain global IT assets, implement IT projects with the team leader, and perform other IT duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for global IT desktop operation and maintenance, terminal management, office network, and application platform implementation and support.
- Manage IT ticketing system, including summary and reporting analysis.
- Analyze and address global end-users' technical inquiries.
- Track and maintain global IT assets.
- Implement IT projects alongside the IT team leader, including user acceptance testing and training when required.
- Execute additional tasks as assigned by the IT team leader.
Skills & Competency:
- Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in IT operations and Level 1/Level 2 end-user support or related fields.
- Familiarity with Mac/Windows laptop operation and maintenance.
- Familiarity with Google Suite and various common office applications.
- Experience in project implementation and management is desirable.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and the ability to learn independently.
- Experience in remote support services is required.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
