The IT Transformation / AI Automation Lead is responsible to establish AI strategy and roadmap for executing the AI initiatives aligned with business requirements. Lead and execute AI & automation projects, integrating robotic process automation (RPA), artificial intelligence (AI), and machine learning (ML) solutions. The role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to guide, identify, analyze, and prioritize processes for automation. Lead the development, implementation and optimization of automation workflows to achieve process efficiencies and cost savings supported with recommended AI technology. Monitor and maintain automated processes, ensuring their continuous improvement and scalability. Analyze data and provide insights to drive decision-making and process optimization to onboard automation target. Identify the specific technologies that will be associated with AD AI adoption and map them both into the strategy and roadmap. This role will collaborate closely with the VP Tech Strategy & Architecture role in Technology and the Strategic Initiatives Director on enterprise Value Realization Office and Change Capability to ensure alignment of IT with the overall direction.

Responsibilities:
- AI Automation Strategy & Roadmap: Lead the development of AI strategy & roadmap for implementing different Ai automation project in alignment of AD business requirements.
- Project Management: Identify AI projects of high business impact in alignment with business requirement and manage all aspects of AI projects from initiation to completion. Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management practices, methodologies, and tools.
- Resource Planning & Allocation: Oversee resource management processes, including resource allocation, capacity planning, and skills development. Ensure that project teams have the necessary skills, tools, and support to deliver projects successfully.
- Financials management (for projects): Establish cost management processes and procedures to track project expenditures, commitments, and variances. Define cost baselines, control thresholds, and change management procedures to manage project costs effectively. Lead the team to conduct financial forecasting and analysis to anticipate project costs, cash flow requirements, and funding needs.
- IT Value Realization: Create detailed transformation roadmaps that outline the steps, timelines, resources, and dependencies required to achieve the desired IT outcomes and deliver value to the organization. Develop and implement strategies to ensure the realization of expected benefits and outcomes.
- Business Change Management: Create a comprehensive change management strategy that outline the approach, methodologies, and processes for managing and implementing IT transformations effectively. Develop clear and concise communication plans that articulate the vision, objectives, benefits, and implications of the IT transformation initiatives to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field such as information technology, business administration, or project management is typically required. At least 10 years of experience with a proven track record in delivering IT projects on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards with 4 to 5 years of extensive experience in leading project management, including planning, execution, and monitoring of complex IT automation projects. 5+ years of hands-on experience designing and implementing elegant machine learning & AI automation models.
