This position demands hands-on technical support across areas such as:

Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Network Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Professional Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure administration, systems engineering, or IT operations.
- Practical experience managing enterprise server, virtualization, storage, backup, and network environments.
- Experience implementing infrastructure upgrades, system migrations, security hardening, and technology improvement projects.
- Hands-on experience with cybersecurity operations, vulnerability remediation, patch management, and infrastructure security controls.
- Experience supporting business-critical or 24/7 operational environments is highly desirable.
- Exposure to airport systems, baggage handling systems, industrial environments, or IT/OT infrastructure is an advantage.
