Position

Analog is pioneering the era of physical intelligence and is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Engineer to own and scale our internal IT infrastructure and operations. This role is responsible for ensuring secure, reliable, and efficient IT systems that empower our team to do their best work. You will manage end-user support, SaaS systems, device lifecycle management, identity and access management (IAM), and security best practices across the organization. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys building scalable IT foundations from the ground up.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes (device provisioning, access control, account setup).
  • Own device lifecycle management (MDM, procurement, configuration, asset tracking).
  • Administer SSO, MFA, and role-based access controls.
  • Manage provisioning/deprovisioning workflows across SaaS tools.
  • Monitor system performance and uptime.
  • Implement and maintain endpoint security tools (EDR, MDM, disk encryption).
  • Own IT procurement processes for hardware, software, and SaaS tools.
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities (e.g., onboarding workflows, device configuration).

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in IT Operations, IT Support, or Systems Administration.
  • Experience managing SaaS environments and SSO platforms (e.g., Okta, Azure AD).
  • Hands-on experience with MDM tools (e.g., Jamf, Kandji, Intune).
  • Strong understanding of endpoint security best practices.
  • Experience with Mac and Windows environments.
  • Familiarity with networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls).
  • Strong documentation and communication skills.
