Key Responsibilities:

AFC Systems & Technical Integration
- Assist in the implementation, integration, and testing of Automated Fare Collection systems.
- Support AFC devices, ticket validators, ticketing applications, and Central Back Office systems.
- Participate in system testing, integration validation, and technical troubleshooting.
- Assist in identifying and resolving hardware and software integration issues.

IT Operations & Technical Support
- Monitor system performance, availability, and operational efficiency.
- Support technical troubleshooting, incident investigation, and issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate technical documentation, system reports, and incident records.
- Assist engineering teams in ensuring reliable day-to-day system operations.

Software Engineering & Data Management
- Participate in software testing, debugging, and application support activities.
- Assist with API integration and communication between interconnected systems.
- Support data analysis, reporting, and system performance monitoring.
- Collaborate with technical teams to improve system reliability and efficiency.

Artificial Intelligence & Technology Innovation
- Explore potential AI applications in intelligent fare collection and ticketing systems.
- Support research into fraud detection, predictive analytics, and automated issue resolution.

- Collaborate with technical and engineering teams.

Requirements

Education & Academic Background
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, or a closely related discipline.
- Graduates from Khalifa University are highly preferred.
- Good academic performance and GPA.
- Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.

Technical Knowledge
- Fundamental understanding of IT systems, networking, and software applications.
- Basic familiarity with programming, databases, or software development concepts.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, system integration, or cloud technologies is an advantage.
- Exposure to AI, data analytics, or API integration through academic projects is desirable.
- Interest in intelligent transportation systems and emerging technologies.
