Responsibilities

  • Proven experience as an IT Engineer / NOC Engineer.
  • Strong knowledge of networking (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, switching).
  • Hands-on experience with servers and systems (Windows/Linux).
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools (network & server monitoring).
  • Basic understanding of incident, problem, and change management.
  • Ability to work independently during evening shifts.
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
