Parsons Corporation is seeking an exceptionally talented IT Engineer to join our team in Al Sinaiyah, Al Jawf, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves collaborating with the Project Manager on a variety of IT projects that enhance our community. You will provide remote technical support to end users of Parsons software, personal computers, workstations, and related hardware under direct supervision. The role primarily involves resolving standard issues, questions, and problems using established techniques and procedures, and working with peers on other Information Systems teams to perform subject matter expert duties.

Responsibilities:
- Provide analytical and IT technical support remotely to end users.
- Address IT inquiries and troubleshoot standard IT issues via telephone, email, or instant messenger.
- Categorize and isolate end user questions and issues; resolve or escalate as necessary.
- Research and develop solutions for software and hardware problems.
- Maintain a general knowledge of the MIS environment and associated technologies.
- Adhere to company policies and standards in responding to end user requests.
- Document and report all service requests and their outcomes.
- Provide Service Desk on-call support during non-business hours (weekends and holidays).
- Perform other responsibilities as needed.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, along with 2+ years of relevant work experience.
- Preferred: Microsoft or Cisco Certification.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and applications, and personal computer hardware.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Proficiency in identifying, analyzing, and resolving technical issues.
- Effective written and oral communication skills.
Desired Skills:
- Ability to write basic documents including emails or memos.
- Interaction with a limited group of individuals within the organization, and occasional communication with clients or vendors.
