We are hiring a hands-on IT Engineering Manager to oversee the Enterprise Applications domain at the company, the leading online food and groceries ordering platform in the MENA region, operating in 9 countries. Founded in 2004 in Kuwait, the company has grown to become the largest food ordering app in the region, with over 2,000 employees and millions of users. This position comprises approximately 70–80% technical execution and standard-setting and 20–30% people and delivery leadership. You will operate with a high degree of autonomy while building automation, documentation, and standards that ensure scalability across markets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Endpoint & Device Management: Own the endpoint fleet strategy including MDM, security baselines, patching, and full device lifecycle management.
- SaaS Administration: Manage core SaaS tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian), including configuration, license management, and vendor negotiations.
- Identity & Access: Administer SSO, MFA, and identity providers, ensuring effective lifecycle management.
- Automation & AI: Engineer repetitive tasks and promote the use of AI tooling within the team.
- Incident Response & Reliability: Lead incident response efforts and ensure system reliability and security.
- Service, Compliance & Standards: Define operational metrics, service standards, and ensure compliance readiness.
- Leadership: Guide a small IT engineering team, focusing on mentorship, knowledge sharing, and performance management.
Qualifications:
- 5–7+ years in IT operations, IT engineering, or corporate IT.
- Hands-on expertise in MDM systems, identity providers, and SaaS administration.
- Demonstrated capability in scripting and automation.
- Proven experience in business process analysis and vendor management.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Exceptional communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
Language Requirements:
Proficiency in English is required.
