IT Governance Analyst

About the Role
We are looking for an IT Governance Analyst to support IT governance and compliance activities, ensuring audit readiness, effective policy management, and proper access review processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, and maintain IT control evidence for internal and external audits.
• Support the development, review, and maintenance of IT policies and procedures.
• Support quarterly user access reviews across critical IT systems.
• Maintain the IT risk register and track remediation actions.
• Prepare governance reports, compliance dashboards, and materials for IT governance meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• 1+ year of experience in IT Audit, GRC, or IT Compliance.
• Basic understanding of COBIT, ITIL, or ISO 27001.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Understanding of access control and user lifecycle management.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Arabic proficiency is preferred.
