IT Governance Manager

We are seeking an IT Governance Manager to develop and specify standards, policies, processes, methods, and procedures to ensure the systematic execution of IT operations. Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and maintaining documentation for IT standards and processes.
• Using process improvement methodologies, such as Lean Six Sigma, to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Conducting internal process reviews to ensure adherence to established quality standards.
• Performing periodic assessments and annual reviews.
• Coordinating improvement plans based on best practices like CMMI and ISO9001:2015.
• Defining key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress toward strategic and tactical goals within the IT organization.
• Collaborating with the Information Management team for necessary data integration.
• Monitoring and synthesizing performance against KPIs to provide meaningful insights.
• Participating in the implementation of the IT Governance framework and ensuring compliance with IT policies and regulatory requirements.
• Addressing any internal or external audit observations.

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a relevant field.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing IT governance standards, policies, and process improvement methodologies.
• Strong ability to define, monitor, and analyze KPIs to support strategic decisions and IT governance initiatives.
