Responsibilities

Manage and control all IT assets, identifying and cataloging all IT assets within the organization, including hardware, software, and networking equipment.
Coordinate the procurement process for new IT assets.
Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs or replacements under warranty.
Maintain a centralized inventory database or system to store asset information.
Update the inventory database regularly to reflect changes, additions, and disposals.
Monitor the entire lifecycle of IT assets, from acquisition to disposal.
