IT Hardware Technician and Inventory Management

The company is currently seeking an IT Hardware Technician and Inventory Management professional for our Bahrain operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing and controlling all IT assets, including identification and cataloging of hardware, software, and networking equipment within the organization. Responsibilities include coordinating the procurement process for new assets, liaising with vendors for hardware repairs or replacements under warranty, and maintaining a centralized inventory database to store and regularly update asset information. The technician will monitor the entire lifecycle of IT assets from acquisition to disposal.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and control all IT assets, including identifying and cataloging all IT assets within the organization, hardware, software, and networking equipment.
• Coordinate the procurement process for new IT assets.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs or replacements under warranty.
• Maintain a centralized inventory database or system to store asset information.
• Update the inventory database regularly to reflect changes, additions, and disposals.
• Monitor the entire lifecycle of IT assets, from acquisition to disposal.
