IT Help Desk Officer

About the Job
Airbus Defence and Space is seeking an IT Help Desk Officer in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing support and resolving issues effectively. Your responsibilities will include escalating unresolved inquiries to higher-level support, solving technical problems, and ensuring continuous operations of IT services aligned with company standards, policies, and processes. You will also implement local business requirements and support the management and monitoring of local IT inventory while fulfilling service level agreements (SLAs) and operational level agreements (OLAs).

Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level contact and resolution for customer issues.
• Properly escalate unresolved inquiries to the next level of support.
• Solve technical problems efficiently.
• Manage continuous provisioning operations of IT services in Saudi Arabia.
• Implement local business requirements.
• Support the management and monitoring of local IT inventory in accordance with SLAs and OLAs.

Person Specifications:

• Associate degree and relevant certification.
• Experience in computer networks.
• Knowledge of server infrastructure.
• Proficient in English, with an understanding of the Arabic language.
