Responsibilities

  • Helpdesk agent with Helpdesk and customer services experience of more than 4 years in the Health care sector.
  • Provide 24/7 support to more than 9000 employees.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken Arabic & English language.
  • Effective communication skills, problem-solving, and critical thinking are essential.
  • Handle difficult customers and possess IT knowledge of computer hardware and software.
  • Document and maintain a knowledge base along with generating and maintaining KPI Reports for Helpdesk tickets.

Requirements

  • ITIL Foundation certification.
  • Experience in health care systems.
  • Customer Service certificate.
  • Strong communication and reporting skills.

Terms and Conditions

  • Joining time frame: 15 - 30 days.
