Responsibilities

  • Helpdesk agent with Helpdesk and customer services experience of more than 4 years in the Health Care sector.
  • Provide 24/7 support for more than 9000 employees.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken Arabic & English languages.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills, including the ability to deal with difficult customers.
  • IT knowledge of computer hardware and software, along with documentation and knowledge base management.
  • Generate and maintain KPI reports for Helpdesk tickets.

Requirements

  • ITIL Foundation certification.
  • Health care system experience.
  • Customer service certificate.
  • Strong communication and reporting skills.

Terms and Conditions
