Responsibilities

  • Helpdesk agent with customer service experience of more than 4 years in the healthcare sector.
  • Provide 24/7 support to over 9000 employees.
  • Generate and maintain KPI reports for Helpdesk tickets.
  • Create and maintain a knowledge base.
  • Efficiently deal with difficult customers and provide problem-solving solutions.

Requirements

  • Proficient in both written and spoken Arabic & English.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • IT knowledge of computer hardware and software.
  • Experience with documentation and knowledge bases.

Skills & Qualifications

  • ITIL Foundation certification.
  • Experience in Health Care systems.
  • Customer Service certificate.
  • Strong reporting skills.

Terms and Conditions
