Responsibilities

  • Helpdesk agent with more than 4 years of experience in the healthcare sector.
  • Provide 24/7 support to over 9000 employees.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken Arabic & English language.
  • Effective communication skills and problem-solving abilities are essential.
  • Deal with difficult customers and possess IT knowledge of computer hardware and software.
  • Documentation and knowledge base management, including creating and maintaining a knowledge base.
  • Generate and maintain KPI reports for Helpdesk tickets.

Requirements

  • ITIL Foundation certification.
  • Experience with healthcare systems.
  • Customer service certificate.
  • Strong communication and reporting skills.

Terms and Conditions

  • Joining time frame: (15 - 30 days).
  • The selected candidates shall join the company - Bahrain and shall be deputed to one of the leading organizations in Bahrain.
