Responsibilities

  • Helpdesk agent with customer service experience of more than 4 years in the healthcare sector.
  • Provide 24/7 support to more than 9000 employees.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken Arabic & English languages.
  • Develop effective communication skills and utilize problem-solving and critical thinking.
  • Deal with difficult customers and possess IT knowledge of computer hardware and software.
  • Document and maintain a knowledge base, generating and maintaining KPI reports for helpdesk tickets.

Skills & Qualifications

  • ITIL Foundation certification.
  • Experience in healthcare systems.
  • Customer service certificate.
  • Strong communication and reporting skills.
