Responsibilities

Helpdesk agent with customer service experience of more than 4 years in the healthcare sector.
Provide 24/7 support to more than 9000 employees.
Proficient in both written and spoken Arabic & English languages.
Develop effective communication skills and utilize problem-solving and critical thinking.
Deal with difficult customers and possess IT knowledge of computer hardware and software.
Document and maintain a knowledge base, generating and maintaining KPI reports for helpdesk tickets.
