Job Description

  • Helpdesk agent with Helpdesk and customer services experience of more than 4 years in the healthcare sector.
  • Provide 24/7 support to more than 9000 employees.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken Arabic & English language with effective communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, including experience dealing with difficult customers.
  • IT knowledge of computer hardware and software for effective troubleshooting.
  • Responsible for documentation and maintaining a knowledge base.
  • Generate and maintain KPI reports for Helpdesk tickets.

Requirements

  • ITIL Foundation certification.
  • Experience with healthcare systems.
  • Customer service certificate.
  • Strong communication and reporting skills.

Terms and Conditions
