IT Helpdesk and Endpoint

About the Role
We are currently seeking an IT Helpdesk and Endpoint professional for our operations in Qatar. This position is critical in providing technical support and ensuring effective use of IT systems across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide helpdesk support for Microsoft Client and server platforms.
• Support users on a functional level by offering guidance on how to effectively use systems and equipment.
• Assist with the management and support of Azure and Microsoft 365 Suite.
• Maintain basic network support functions as required.

Requirements

• Required Education and Experience:
  • B.Sc. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar field (mandatory).
  • 2+ years of experience as a helpdesk technician working with Microsoft Client and server platforms (mandatory).
  • Microsoft certifications: Windows Client; Managing Modern Desktop; Azure (mandatory).
  • 1 year of experience in Azure and Microsoft 365 Suite support (mandatory).
  • Knowledge of basic network support (mandatory).
  • Proficiency in both Arabic and English (mandatory).
  • Familiarity with helpdesk ticketing systems (optional).
  • Network certifications such as Network+/CCNA are desirable.
