The successful candidate will provide first-level analytical and IT technical support through telephonic assistance and remote support for end users of the company's computers and related software and hardware. This position is based in Abu Dhabi, UAE, and is a full-time, on-site role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Answer end-user IT questions and troubleshoot standard IT issues related to hardware, software, peripherals, or workstations via telephone, email, or Instant Messenger.
- Recognize, categorize, and isolate end-user inquiries, resolving them or referring to senior Service Desk staff or other IT groups as necessary.
- Research and develop solutions for standard software and hardware issues.
- Maintain knowledge of the MIS environment, associated technologies, and standard workstation configurations.
- Follow the company's policies and procedures when responding to user requests and maintaining documentation of service requests and outcomes.
- Provide Service Desk on-call support during non-business hours (weekends and holidays).
- Perform additional responsibilities as needed.
Required Skills:
- Diploma or Degree in IT or Computer Engineering.
- Minimum 0-1 years of relevant work experience in an IT support role, with fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
- One or more Microsoft or Cisco Training Certifications is preferred.
- Knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, applications, and personal computer technology.
- Good customer service skills and the ability to resolve common technical issues.
- Written and oral communication skills in both English and Arabic.
