Responsibilities:

IT Operations & End-User Support:
- Provide support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including device provisioning and access control
- Own device lifecycle management and maintain documentation for IT processes

Identity & Access Management:
- Administer SSO, MFA, and role-based access controls
- Manage provisioning/deprovisioning workflows across SaaS tools
- Conduct periodic access reviews

Systems & Infrastructure:
- Manage and optimize core SaaS stack (e.g., Microsoft Suite, Slack, Notion, Jira)
- Monitor system performance and uptime
- Support networking infrastructure

Security & Compliance:
- Implement and maintain endpoint security tools
- Support audit readiness for compliance frameworks
- Enforce IT policies and best practices

Procurement & Vendor Management:
- Own IT procurement processes for hardware and software
- Manage vendor relationships and track IT budget

Automation & Continuous Improvement:
- Identify and implement automation opportunities
- Improve IT processes for scalability and efficiency
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in IT Operations, IT Support, or Systems Administration
- Experience managing SaaS environments and SSO platforms (e.g., Okta, Azure AD)
- Hands-on experience with MDM tools
- Strong understanding of endpoint security best practices
- Experience with Mac and Windows environments
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals
- Strong documentation and communication skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in a high-growth startup
- Scripting or automation experience (Bash, Python, PowerShell)
- Familiarity with zero-trust security models
- Experience with cloud infrastructure environments
