What You'll Do:
- Monitor and administer the enterprise network, including access points, switches, routers, perimeter firewalls, and VPNs.
- Oversee the on-premises data center and communication rooms.
- Provide basic support for on-premises servers (physical and virtual).
- Perform Network Access Control (NAC) administration and IAM/access provisioning for infrastructure components and VPN clients, including periodic reviews.
- Manage storage and backup systems.
- Respond to support tickets related to troubleshooting end-user and peripheral connectivity issues.
- Conduct routine health checks and perform patch management activities for on-premises infrastructure components and endpoints.
- Manage asset documentation for infrastructure components.

Qualifications:
- Full understanding of enterprise network TCP/IP and OSI model.
- Basic knowledge of Linux and Windows Server.
- Familiarity with virtualization and containerization.
- BSc degree in a related major, or final year student (if university allows).
- Professional certifications are preferred.
- Positive attitude and a passion for learning and innovation.
