Your Responsibilities:

IT Infrastructure:
- Design, implement, and maintain servers, storage, networks, firewalls, and server room environments.
- Monitor on-premises infrastructure ensuring high availability, security, and performance.
- Manage backups, disaster recovery, patching, and routine maintenance.
- Provide 2nd/3rd line support and contribute to infrastructure projects (upgrades, migrations, integrations).
- Maintain clear documentation of systems and processes.

Linux Administration:
- Administer and optimize Linux servers (Ubuntu, SUSE, RHEL).
- Automate administration tasks using shell scripting, Ansible, or similar tools.
- Monitor performance, security compliance, and system availability.
- Manage user access, permissions, package management, and kernel upgrades.
- Support containerized environments (e.g., Docker) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ensure compliance with change control and security policies.
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of combined experience in infrastructure and Linux systems administration.
- Strong knowledge of server hardware, networking (switching, firewalls), virtualization (VMware), and storage (NetApp).
- Proven Linux production environment administration skills.
- Proficiency with scripting and automation (Bash, Python, Ansible).
- Solid understanding of IT security principles.
- Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
- Broad technical expertise and adaptability in diverse IT environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications such as RHCSA/RHCE, CompTIA Linux+, VMware VCP.
- Familiarity with Windows Server environments.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
- Exposure to DevOps tools and workflows.
