The IT Infrastructure Manager at The Cigna Group will be responsible for overseeing the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage systems. The role includes vendor management, project management, asset management, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:

Vendor Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with IT vendors and service providers.
- Negotiate contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), and pricing.
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with agreements.
- Resolve any issues or disputes with vendors.

IT Infrastructure Management:
- Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT infrastructure.
- Ensure the infrastructure is secure, reliable, and scalable.
- Implement and manage disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.

Asset Management:
- Maintain an accurate inventory of all IT assets, including hardware and software.
- Ensure proper lifecycle management of IT assets from procurement to disposal.
- Conduct regular audits of IT assets.

Project Management:
- Lead and manage IT infrastructure projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary.

Team Leadership:
- Supervise and mentor a team of IT professionals.
- Provide guidance and support to enhance team skills and performance.
- Foster a collaborative work environment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
- 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure.
- Professional certification in related systems.
- 2 to 3 years of team management experience.
Skills:
- Proficient in Office Suite, Windows servers, Linux servers.
- Knowledge of log management, data privacy, and insurance regulations.
- Experience in Service Management and SLA management.
