IT Infrastructure Manager

As an IT Infrastructure Manager at the company, you will be responsible for administering and supporting both Windows Server and Linux environments while managing VMware vSphere/ESXi and Hyper-V virtualization platforms. Key responsibilities include configuring and maintaining Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD); deploying, configuring, and maintaining enterprise servers and infrastructure services; performing server provisioning, OS upgrades, patch management, and performance tuning; managing storage solutions such as NetApp, Dell EMC, HPE, and backup platforms including Veeam, Commvault, or Veritas NetBackup; supporting Microsoft Azure infrastructure and hybrid cloud environments; monitoring infrastructure using enterprise monitoring tools and proactively resolving issues; performing incident, problem, and change management activities in accordance with ITIL processes; implementing disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity (BCP) procedures; and collaborating with network, security, database, and application teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
