IT Infrastructure Manager

As an IT Infrastructure Manager at the company, you will be responsible for a variety of core responsibilities including the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Oracle database environments. Your tasks will include performance tuning, monitoring, troubleshooting, and managing backup and recovery processes. You will support high-availability solutions like Oracle RAC and Data Guard, as well as handle database patching, upgrades, and capacity planning.

Key responsibilities also include ensuring database security, integrity, and availability, along with coordinating with IT teams to support application and database requirements. You will perform root-cause analysis for database-related issues, maintain documentation related to database configurations and procedures, and work with vendors for database-related support and maintenance. Additionally, you will analyze current and future business needs, prepare technical design documentation, and provide support for all implementations related to Oracle and Microsoft applications.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Software Engineering
• 3-7 years of strong technical experience in IT Oracle database technologies
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle database installation, configuration, performance tuning, backup and recovery, Data Guard, database patching, upgrades, monitoring, and troubleshooting
