The primary purpose of the IT Infrastructure Project Manager role is to establish, deliver, and report progress on group-wide projects and programs that ensure the Bank meets its obligations regarding key Infrastructure Delivery capabilities.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across IT, Global Businesses, and Finance.
- Manage and deliver IT infrastructure projects and services.
- Provide board-level overviews of progress and lead multidisciplinary teams globally.
- Oversee all aspects of projects/programs, including definition, planning, execution, governance, and change management.
- Perform financial analysis and ensure adherence to financial processes and procedures.
- Identify and escalate budgetary-related risks and issues.
- Act as an inspirational role model and contribute to leadership talent development.
Requirements:
- University degree is required.
- Outstanding project and program management experience.
- Proven capabilities in communication, decision making, and problem-solving.
- Excellent understanding of Programme and Project Management methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile.
- Proven experience in interacting with Senior Executives.
- Strong financial analytical background and proven ability in financial reasoning.
- Excellent knowledge of IT infrastructure and services.
- Experience in delivering large-scale change programs within a technology organization is preferred.
- High level of motivation and drive to deliver outputs across diverse teams.
