Main Tasks and Responsibilities
- Oversee the installation of network infrastructure, systems, VOIP, mail systems, and security devices for both central and remote locations.
- Implement secure communication measures for Allianz Saudi Arabia using gateways, encryption, and other methods.
- Evaluate the overall IT infrastructure capacity to ensure optimum system performance.
- Plan, coordinate, and implement new IT infrastructure projects and solutions.
- Manage Systems and Network staff by assigning tasks and overseeing implementations and upgrades.
- Mentor, coach, and manage direct reports by establishing specific goals and objectives.
- Design and implement communication networks and systems while participating in IT security design for the Head Office, Branches, POS, VASCO, BSF, and Allianz Group.
- Provide recommendations and assistance regarding hardware, software, and network design to enhance performance, utilization, and security.
- Ensure network and systems installation meets relevant information security requirements.
- Maintain high availability and redundancy for all infrastructure nodes.
- Assist in solving technical problems and notify the Head of IT of network or system failures, taking appropriate actions to address these issues.
- Responsible for strategic planning and project management related to infrastructure and operations, assisting the Head of IT with planning dialogues.
- Oversee IT infrastructure for the Data Center, disaster recovery site, and Branches.

Experiences Required

- PMP certification or similar project management certification is highly recommended.
