IT Infrastructure Support Engineering Assistant Manager

About the Job:
The IT Infrastructure Support Engineering Assistant Manager will be responsible for the following core duties:

• Take ownership of a personal learning agenda by identifying development needs in consultation with the reporting manager and work towards bridging gaps through various means beyond just training.
• Understand and develop the competencies relevant to the role effectively.
• Define and monitor performance goals in collaboration with the reporting manager throughout the year.
• Stay updated on professional and industry developments, new techniques, and current issues through continued education and professional networks.
• Conduct research on new technology to meet Information Technology (IT) infrastructure requirements, improving the effectiveness and efficiency of IT Infrastructure.
• Coordinate software system installation and monitor equipment functioning to ensure specifications are met.
• Develop and direct software system testing and validation procedures, programming, and documentation.
• Ensure that information services support is available 24x7.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a relevant field.
• Prior experience with IT Windows server technologies.
