IT Integration Manager – FM

This position is available for Saudi Nationals only. As the IT Integration Manager for Facility Management (FM), you will be responsible for the strategy, planning, and delivery of Information Management & Technology (IM&T) FM programmes. Your role will involve collaborating with IM&T teams across BAE Systems in Saudi Arabia, managing relationships with various stakeholders, including the Directorate of Communications and Information Technology (DCIT) and senior management.

Key responsibilities include conducting safety and risk assessments, advising on customer priorities, managing supplier performance, and ensuring compliance with service level agreements. You will also oversee budget management, project inputs, and deliverables, support the development of IM&T capabilities, and ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulations.

Job Requirements:

• Extensive aerospace and defense industry knowledge.
• Minimum five years of experience in a Military Engineering/Support environment.
• Understanding of RSAF DCIT operations and practices.
• Proven business acumen in decision-making regarding resources and risk management.
• Comprehensive IT industry knowledge, particularly in complex engineering or construction environments.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency at Level 4/5 in any Skills Framework for the Information Age (SFIA) Skill.
• Educated to bachelor degree level, with potential postgraduate qualifications (e.g., MSc, MBA).
