As an intern in our Information Technology department, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of our systems. You will act as a tech superhero—coordinating critical repairs and equipment restoration to prevent operational meltdowns and ensure business continuity. You will also safeguard our data by establishing and maintaining backup procedures and executing data recovery operations to protect our organizational information assets. Additionally, you will investigate and resolve software fault reports and enhancement requests, delivering solutions in alignment with agreed timelines and service level agreements.
