ROLE EXPECTATIONS
In this position, you will maintain a positive relationship with the Property Operations team, frequently reporting on system operating performance and collaborating with associates. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the IT Supervisor to complete Backup Logs and Checklists (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly), ensuring they are up-to-date and properly signed off.
- Processing all system access request forms within 4 business days and maintaining an auditable log of these requests.
- Assisting in PCI and Data security audits, supporting remediation based on findings and corporate instructions.
- Supporting end-user PC and mobile phone issues, troubleshooting high-speed Internet access problems, and escalating issues as necessary.
- Imaging desktops, installing new software applications, applying patches, and mapping drives to the correct server/network.
- Performing routine desktop backups as scheduled or directed.
- Providing end-user support to hotel staff and the business center, assisting with the setup or reset of security passwords, and supporting email and MI network use.
REQUIREMENTS
