Key Responsibilities
- Support the identification, analysis, and automation of Finance processes using AMP and related digital tools.
- Assist in the development, testing, and maintenance of Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions.
- Collaborate with Finance and IT stakeholders to gather business requirements and document current and future-state processes.
- Support project planning, tracking, and execution activities across multiple automation initiatives.
- Maintain project documentation, action logs, status updates, and meeting follow-ups.
- Help identify risks, issues, dependencies, and escalation needs to support on-time delivery.
- Contribute to process improvement activities through data analysis, workflow mapping, and documentation.
- Prepare presentation materials and progress updates for stakeholders and leadership.
- Support change adoption efforts through clear communication and documentation.
- Perform additional duties as assigned in support of digital transformation and finance automation initiatives.
Requirements
- Students currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Data Analysis, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Industrial Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Max 2 years of project-based, internship, training, or work experience.
- Strong interest in financial process automation, analytics, and digital transformation.
- Exposure to or working knowledge of Power BI; familiarity with Artificial Intelligence automation tools is an advantage.
- Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Based in the United Arab Emirates and eligible to participate in an internship program.

- Demonstrated initiative, ownership, and interest in project coordination or project management.
- Basic understanding of data modeling, SQL, or reporting concepts.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Team-oriented mindset with a strong willingness to learn and adapt.
