IT-Management & Support-Service Owner (Manager)

About the Job:
We have an immediate vacancy for an IT-Management & Support-Service Owner (Manager) with over 12 years of experience. The role requires 8 to 10 years of relevant experience, with a focus on functional and technical aspects. You will lead technology strategy, architecture, and delivery for platforms supporting equity and debt capital markets, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory standards.

Core Responsibilities:

• Act as a Servant leader and create an autonomous team
• Own and manage the ETE Technology Service roadmap and its execution
• Lead and drive Agile and DevOps methodologies
• Ensure consistency across requirements for managed services
• Communicate plans and progress to all levels of the organization, including roadmaps and project status reporting
• Coordinate with the Lead Product Owner and Delivery Owner to plan deliverables, manage scope, costs, and schedule
• Manage delivery plans, including budget management, vendor management, quality assurance, risks, timelines, coordination, reporting, hiring resources, and stakeholder communication
• Architect and optimize systems for ECM (Equity Capital Management) and DCM (Debt Capital Management) capabilities, including deals management, sale module, investor module, book building, settlement, etc.
• Drive innovation through AI, automation, and cloud-native solutions
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity and regulatory frameworks
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical roadmaps and product vision
• Mentor engineering teams and enforce SDLC and DevOps best practices
