About the Job: We are seeking an IT Manager to lead IT operations in our KSA offices. This is a hands-on role where you will lead the IT support team, tackle escalations, manage IT infrastructure, and ensure cybersecurity compliance with SAMA regulations. You will act as the primary contact for all IT-related matters in KSA, working closely with both central IT and local business stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead IT operations in KSA including network, servers, endpoints, AV systems, VPN, etc.
  • Ensure the high availability and performance of internal IT systems, both on-prem and cloud.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of IT infrastructure and asset inventory.
  • Manage and mentor the local helpdesk team; personally handle L3/escalated tickets.
  • Ensure fast, effective resolution of hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
  • Own onboarding/offboarding processes, access provisioning, and user lifecycle management.
  • Enforce cybersecurity best practices and coordinate with internal security teams.
  • Ensure compliance with SAMA’s CSF, BCM, CCRF, and Outsourcing Regulations.
  • Support audits and prepare relevant IT documentation and reports.
  • Drive the implementation of new IT tools, office infrastructure, and system upgrades.
  • Liaise with vendors for procurement, cabling, and ongoing support contracts.
  • Deliver projects on time and within budget with clear stakeholder communication.
  • Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and monitor SLAs.
  • Collaborate with business units, finance, security, and compliance teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in IT support, infrastructure, and operations.
  • Certifications preferred: ITIL, CompTIA Security+, Microsoft Certified, CISSP, PMP.
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, SaaS tools, MDM, SSO, and VPNs.
  • Hands-on experience with cybersecurity tools and incident response.
  • Familiarity with SAMA regulatory frameworks.
  • Proven ability to manage teams and mentor junior staff.
  • Native Arabic speaker with clear communication skills in English.
  • Ability to independently diagnose and resolve complex IT issues.

Language Requirements:

  • Native Arabic Speaker
  • Proficient in English

Technical Skills:

  • Experience with JumpCloud, Azure AD, Google Workspace
  • Familiarity with CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, FortiClient, Jira, Confluence, Slack, Freshservice
  • Asset management tools like Snipe-IT
  • Basic automation skills using PowerShell, Bash, or equivalent
