Responsibilities
- Develop and monitor the IT budget, including operating budget and CAPEX projects
- Prepare IT budgets and forecasts; track spends for all IT initiatives
- Oversee IT procurement processes in coordination with Accounting and Procurement
- Initiate, track, execute, and monitor IT contracts in coordination with Procurement and Legal
- Design and execute processes necessary to plan, record, analyze, and report on IT financial conditions
- Identify ways to enhance efficiency, reduce IT costs, enhance revenue generation, and improve service offerings
- Build strategic relationships with vendors and identify unique opportunities for partnership
- Provide analysis and financial leadership for decision making on new services, pricing, and business development
General Management Consulting
- Provide high-level analytical support and manage day-to-day IT spending
- Report on service utilization and maintain contracts and service logs
- Lead continuous improvement of IT Supplier Relationship Management processes
- Manage the overall performance of IT vendor contracts and ensure SLAs are met
- Liaise with procurement on IT sourcing cycles in line with company policies
- Support vendor selection, negotiations, and overall operations strategy
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify strategic initiatives for expansion and cost reduction
- Ensure timely renewal of IT contracts and conduct regular reviews for cost reduction
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, finance, or a related field
- Strong IT knowledge and financial reporting knowledge
- 10-12 years of experience in Finance, Economics, or IT management
- Vendor and contracts management experience preferred
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially spreadsheets
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Good presentation skills and ability to work independently
- Strong collaboration skills with an ability to influence
- Understanding of project management methodologies
- Strong written and spoken English
