Core42 is seeking an IT Manager for Financial Planning to manage and administer the organization's IT financials, including chargebacks, contracts, licenses, vendor management, agreements, subscriptions, and SLAs. This role involves monitoring and tracking Core42 IT OPEX and CAPEX spend to ensure adherence to budget and identify optimization opportunities. As a national-scale enabler for cloud and generative AI, Core42 combines G42 Group’s expertise across various technology disciplines to facilitate public sector and large enterprise transformations.

Responsibilities

Strategy Consulting:
- Develop and monitor IT budgets (operating and CAPEX projects) and long-term financial forecasts.
- Prepare and track spending for all IT initiatives.
- Manage IT procurement processes in coordination with Accounting and Procurement.
- Initiate, track, execute, and monitor IT contracts in collaboration with Procurement and legal teams.

Financial Management:
- Design and execute processes necessary to plan, record, analyze, and report on the financial conditions of IT financials, contracts, licenses, and vendor management.
- Proactively identify ways to enhance efficiency, reduce IT costs, increase revenue generation, and improve service offerings.
- Provide analysis and financial leadership to support decision-making for new services, pricing strategies, and business development activities.

General Management Consulting:
- Support day-to-day IT spending activities in alignment with corporate goals and risk management constraints.
- Lead continuous improvement of IT Supplier Relationship Management processes to maximize commercial benefits.
- Manage vendor contracts to ensure compliance with SLAs and initiate timely payments.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure successful realization of IT agreements and overall vendor operations strategy.

Contract Management:
- Renew IT contract agreements promptly and conduct regular evaluations for cost reduction opportunities.
- Ensure alignment of all IT-related investments with the IT strategy and budget.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, finance, or a related field.
- Strong IT knowledge with financial reporting expertise.
- 10-12 years of experience in finance, economics, or IT management; vendor and contracts management experience preferred.
- Excellent proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong presentation abilities and capability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to collaborate and influence as a team player.
- Good understanding of project management methodologies.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
