Key Responsibilities:

Strategic IT Planning & Leadership
- Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend upgrades to enhance efficiency and security.
- Lead IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business needs.

Team Management & Development
- Supervise IT staff, including network engineers, system administrators, and support teams.
- Conduct performance reviews, provide mentorship, and foster professional growth.
- Manage IT staffing, including recruitment, training, and workload distribution.

Infrastructure & Network Management
- Oversee the design, deployment, and maintenance of network and server infrastructure.
- Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of cloud and on-premises systems.
- Manage data storage, backup solutions, and disaster recovery protocols.

Cybersecurity & Compliance
- Implement and enforce cybersecurity policies to protect against threats (malware, ransomware, breaches).
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.) and data privacy laws.
- Lead incident response efforts, mitigating risks and improving security postures.

Systems & Software Management
- Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware/software systems.
- Manage software licensing, ensuring compliance and cost efficiency.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize operations.

IT Support & User Training
- Resolve escalated technical issues and ensure efficient help desk operations.
- Conduct training sessions for employees on IT best practices and security awareness.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management
- Negotiate and manage contracts with IT vendors and service providers.
- Oversee procurement of IT hardware, software, and services.
- Communicate IT initiatives and updates to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity
- Develop and test disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
- Identify IT risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.

Performance Optimization & Reporting
- Continuously assess and improve IT processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Generate reports on IT performance, budgets, and project statuses for leadership.

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with finance, operations, and other departments to support IT needs.
- Collaborate with external partners, including financial system developers, for integrated solutions.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: 7+ years in IT management, with expertise in infrastructure, cybersecurity, and team leadership.
- Certifications: CISSP, ITIL, PMP, or similar certifications are a plus.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in network/server management (Windows/Linux, Azure/AWS).
- Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001).
- Experience with ERP, CRM, and cloud-based systems.
