Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of Engineering Systems specialists supporting ProjectWise, Autodesk Forma, and CADD/BIM collaboration platforms.
- Oversee daily operations, service requests, issue resolution, and task prioritization aligned with major business programs.
- Direct the administration, configuration, and maintenance of Bentley ProjectWise datasources, Autodesk Forma environments, and related collaboration tools.
- Define and enforce system architecture, folder structures, naming conventions, metadata standards, and collaboration workflows.
- Manage integrations between ProjectWise, Forma, and design applications such as Revit, Civil 3D, AutoCAD, MicroStation, and OpenRoads.
- Ensure secure access, governance, compliance, and identity management across collaboration environments.
- Lead platform upgrades, project setups, technical documentation, disaster recovery planning, and coordination with IT teams and vendors.
- Drive user training, performance monitoring, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance collaboration efficiency.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering Technology, or related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
- Minimum of 20 years of professional IT/CADD experience supporting design/engineering/construction environments.
- Substantial, hands-on administration experience with:
- Bentley ProjectWise (10+ years).
- Autodesk Forma (3–5+ years).
- CADD management for Autodesk and/or Bentley design tools.
Desired Skills:
- Strong leadership and management abilities.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, focusing on root-cause analysis.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Certifications in Bentley ProjectWise, Autodesk (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit), Microsoft (Azure Administrator, Windows Server), or AWS (Cloud Practitioner) are advantageous.
Salary Range: $125,100.00 - $225,200.00
