Responsibilities:
- Manage, monitor, and support the company’s LAN/WAN network infrastructure across the Middle East.
- Configure and troubleshoot Fortinet, Cisco, and Ubiquiti UniFi network devices.
- Act as Level 3 support for complex network and security issues.
- Resolve network incidents and deliver requests through Jira within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Deploy, maintain, upgrade, and replace network equipment across the company locations.
- Develop network monitoring, management, and automation solutions.
- Create and maintain network security standards, documentation, and reports.
- Collaborate with IT, Integration, and DevOps teams.
- Ensure compliance with established IT policies, processes, and security procedures.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Network Administrator or in a similar networking role.
- Hands-on experience managing FortiGate firewalls.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching, and network security.
- Cisco CCNA-level knowledge.
- Strong analytical and network troubleshooting skills.
- Upper-intermediate English communication skills (B2 level or above).
- Ability to manage priorities and resolve incidents within agreed SLAs.
