Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage secure LAN, WAN, WLAN, and hybrid cloud networks
- Plan and execute network upgrades, migrations, and new office setups
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues proactively
- Configure and manage firewall policies (Check Point) and network security controls
- Maintain telephony/contact center platforms – Cisco CUCM, Unity, Genesys, NICE CCaS
- Manage Cisco ISE for network access control
- Support cloud networking (AWS / Azure / GCP) and hybrid environments
- Work with ISPs for connectivity, upgrades, and provisioning
- Implement VPNs, access control policies, and secure connectivity
- Administer Netskope (Web Proxy, ZTNA, DLP, CASB) solutions
- Maintain documentation, architecture diagrams, and IP schema
- Ensure timely patching, vulnerability mitigation, and compliance
Technical Expertise Required:
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, NAT
- Hands-on experience with Check Point, Cisco, Huawei, Dell, HP devices
- Expertise in BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS, QoS
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Wireshark, SolarWinds, PRTG, NetFlow
- Exposure to SASE & ZTNA architectures
- Experience with enterprise switching, firewalls, NAC, WAF, and wireless technologies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- CCNA / CCNP Certification preferred
