Qatar Company IT Dept. provides services to approx.1500 staff located in Mesaieed plant & Doha head office.

RFP Purpose

Qatar Company is looking to establish a contract for IT Support services for the below roles for the period of five years.

Your Tasks

• Manage whole structured cabling infrastructure for Company (and its associates), and to provide connectivity to end users where required
• Provides network connectivity to end users with coordination with the Senior Network Administrator
• Helps install local area network cabling systems and equipment such as network interface cards, hubs and switches.
• Experience on preparing Roll over, straight through and crossover cables,
• Knowledge of Analogue/PSTN cabling, Fiber optic testing.

Your Profile

Each member of staff shall have a minimum of five years of experience working in an IT Service Desk environment along with technical support based on ITIL best practices guidelines in the Oil & Gas sector. Familiar working experience in ITSM platform ServiceNow. CONTRACTOR shall provide staff with relevant experience with the skills as listed as per their job description.
