IT Operation Engineer

We are seeking an experienced IT Operation Engineer with a focus on operations support. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in T24 and Operations Management, along with a basic knowledge of UNIX, AIX, and Windows (2003/2008/2012).

Technical Skills:

• Automation Skills: APP Dynamics, Shell Scripting, DB Scripting, Python
• Core Banking T24 (basic understanding required)
• Control-M, Data Center Operation
• Backup solutions: NetBackup, Veritas, Networker
• Experience with ticketing systems, specifically ServiceNow
• Basic understanding of other core banking systems including Intellect, Murex, GLCMS, and TI Plus
• Familiarity with the change management process

Functional Skills:

• Core (EB), COB Process, Archival
• Process optimization and fine-tuning
• Deployment process
• User administration
• Knowledge of browser and database configuration

This role is critical in ensuring smooth operations and enhancing the efficiency of our IT systems and processes.
