IT Operation L2 Support Engineer

Synechron is seeking an experienced IT Operation L2 Support Engineer with expertise in cloud computing, automation, system administration, and database management. The ideal candidate will be adept at troubleshooting, optimizing IT infrastructure, and implementing efficient automation solutions.

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (On-site)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain both on-premises and cloud-based IT systems (Oracle Cloud, Azure, AWS).
• Administer virtualization environments, including VMware and Oracle Linux KVM (OLVM).
• Set up and manage message brokers such as Apache Kafka and RabbitMQ for microservices communication.
• Design and implement scalable Elasticsearch clusters for enhanced search performance and data analytics integration.
• Provide incident management and problem resolution for infrastructure-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with IT service management standards through audits, capacity planning, and performance reporting.

Technical Skills:

• Operating Systems: Linux, Windows Server (2016, 2019)
• Scripting & Automation: Bash Scripting
• Cloud Platforms: Azure, Oracle Cloud, AWS (Preferred)
• Ticketing Systems: ServiceNow, Jira, Triole
• Message Brokers: Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ (Preferred)
• Search Engines: Elasticsearch, Solr
