IT Operation Manager / IT Operation Senior Manager

About the Job:
This position involves managing the core banking systems in Saudi Arabia, which includes platforms such as Windows, AIX & iSeries, Equation, SigCap, Cashier, Stelink, SADAD, and SARIE.

Qualifications & Experience:

• A minimum of 7 years’ experience in financial services, specializing in systems technical design, implementation, and maintenance of main systems relevant to the environment (such as iSeries, Equation, Misys applications, etc.).
• A good level of banking knowledge.
• Proficiency in RPG and COBOL programming languages.
• Experience with SQL/Query writing and database administration.
• Completion of training courses and certification in operating systems, security, and applications support.
• In-depth technical knowledge in operating systems (Windows, AIX & iSeries) to facilitate system delivery.
• An understanding of network and systems architecture to address business disruptions with significant operational impact.
• Expertise in the MISYS - EQ core banking system and procedures, including development, parameter setup, review, change, and enhancement of core banking applications.
• Familiarity with EQ functional modules for routine maintenance and technical issue resolution.
• Technical and functional skills related to Cashier systems.
• A University Degree in IT or a related field.
