IT Operations Analyst I – Image Creation & Packaging Specialist

DXC Technology is seeking an experienced IT Operations Analyst I specializing in Image Creation and Packaging. The ideal candidate will possess superior knowledge of MECM/SCCM and related technologies, with proven capabilities in incident management and service request handling. This role involves resolving technical issues independently and requires strong technical, communication, and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage patch management, ADR, O365, and Windows updates.
• Troubleshoot issues related to Intune Modern Management and Microsoft Endpoint Management.
• Oversee application deployment and monitoring, including management of Android, iPhone, and MAC devices in Intune.
• Implement and manage compliance and vulnerability processes.
• Handle Windows Autopilot, update rings, and SCEP.
• Conduct server upgrades, backups, and restores.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in Information Technology, with 5-7 years specifically in Microsoft Endpoint Manager and/or Intune.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Intune architecture and hands-on experience in implementing related technology solutions.
• Strong documentation skills for architecture and engineering product documents.
• Familiarity with Hybrid technology for MDM and Modern Management of Windows 10 devices.
• PowerShell scripting knowledge is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Microsoft Defender, Azure, and Windows servers.
• Knowledge of Mobile Device Management (MDM), focusing on compliance policy and role-based access control.
• Excellent communication skills suitable for global forums and customer interactions.
