You will be part of a high-performing team dedicated to delivering exceptional client service through strategic planning, governance, operational oversight, performance management, audit and compliance, vendor management, cybersecurity, monitoring, observability, and automation initiatives. The role involves working on cross-border and cross-sector projects providing experiences that are invaluable for your career.

We are looking for experienced professionals to support an IT Operations Centre of Excellence engagement. Candidates will be evaluated based on the specialist area that aligns with their experience. Each position will contribute to enhancing IT governance, service performance, operational resilience, compliance, supplier accountability, and continual improvement.

We are hiring for the following specialist areas:

  • Contract Management Expert
  • Project Manager
  • IT Security Specialist
  • IT Audit & Compliance Specialist
  • Service Performance Management SME / Workstream Lead
  • IT Monitoring, Observability & Automation Expert

Depending on the area of specialization, responsibilities may include:

  • Driving IT governance, service excellence, operational transformation, and continual-improvement initiatives.
  • Managing strategic programs, suppliers, contractual commitments, security risks, audit obligations, or observability capabilities.
  • Preparing executive dashboards, management reports, decision papers, and operational insights.
  • Collaborating with business leaders, technology teams, vendors, risk functions, and other stakeholders.
  • Applying leading practices in IT service management, cybersecurity, compliance, project delivery, monitoring, and automation.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, Business Administration, Finance, Procurement, Audit, Risk Management, or related discipline.
  • Relevant professional experience aligned with at least one of the specialist areas mentioned.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
