IT Operations Engineer

You will work on tasks and projects related to IT operations and network administration for all global offices, participate in local and global projects, and have the opportunity to work with the NSOC team.

What you bring to the table

• 3 years of relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of Google Workspace, Okta, Kandji, JumpCloud, and Cloudflare
• Hands-on technical skills with equipment such as Fortigate Firewalls and HP/Aruba access points and switches
• Ability to keep calm in stressful situations
• Familiarity with VPN, ZTNA, MDM, MFA, and disaster recovery
• Drive to find the root cause and provide simple solutions
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills

What’s good to have

• Agile mindset and experience with agile project management frameworks
• Technical skills outside the IT Operations domain
• Experience with cloud technologies like AWS, GCP, or Alicloud
