IT Operations Engineer

Join the company as an IT Operations Engineer and play a vital role in keeping our business running smoothly while leveraging technology to enhance our operations. You will be part of a dynamic IT team that manages over 1,100 endpoints (90% Mac / 10% Linux), on-prem servers, and an advanced network spanning across four continents. We focus on automation, AI-enabled workflows, SaaS tools, and future-ready hardware to ensure our IT infrastructure is not just maintained, but constantly improved.

Responsibilities:

• Automate processes to enhance operational efficiency.
• Monitor, configure, and maintain reliable, secure, and scalable systems.
• Ensure connectivity across global offices via dependable LAN/Wi-Fi/VPN and site-to-site networking.
• Manage endpoints using Mobile Device Management (MDM) for software deployment and compliance.
• Prepare equipment and access for new hires and provide necessary training for onboarding.
• Collaborate with teams, departments, and vendors to tackle daily technical issues.

Requirements:

• Experience with troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• Knowledge of network appliances such as FortiGate firewalls and Aruba access points.
• Strong understanding of macOS or Linux security features.
• Ability to build and maintain automation scripts and workflows.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Bonus Skills:

• Coding/automation experience in Python, Ansible, or shell scripting.

Tech and Tools:

• MDM for software and device compliance.
• FortiGate firewalls, Aruba access points, switches, and similar tools.
• SaaS platforms and vendor hardware/software.
